Refund Policy

Our money-back guarantee and cancellation terms across hosting, domains, SSL and email.

We want you to be happy with buzzing365. This Refund Policy explains eligibility for refunds and cancellations across our product lines.

1. Shared & Cloud Hosting

New Shared and Cloud Hosting purchases carry a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation, provided the account has not breached our Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any domain registration or third-party licence cost already incurred on your behalf.

2. WordPress Hosting

As stated on the WordPress Hosting plan pages, WordPress Hosting does not carry a money-back period, reflecting the pre-provisioned nature of these managed environments.

3. Domain names

Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are non-refundable once processed with the registry, in line with ICANN and .IN Registry policy, except where a technical error on our part prevented delivery of the domain.

4. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities upon validation. Once a certificate has been issued, it is non-refundable. If validation has not been completed, you may request a cancellation before issuance.

5. Zoho Email Hosting & Combo Plans

Email hosting components follow the refund terms of the underlying provider (Zoho). The hosting and SSL portions of a Combo Plan follow the Shared/Cloud Hosting and SSL terms above respectively.

6. Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge if you cancel before making further use of the renewed term, subject to the exclusions above (domains, issued SSL certificates, WordPress Hosting).

7. How to request a refund

  • Raise a cancellation/refund request from your WHMCS client portal, or
  • Message us on WhatsApp at +91-9854035403, or email support@buzzing365.com with your order/invoice number.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most billing questions can be resolved faster directly with us, and unauthorised chargebacks may result in service suspension.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
