These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the buzzing365 website and hosting services, operated by AJR Tech Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

buzzing365 provides shared hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, Zoho email hosting and related combo plans. Specifications for each plan (storage, bandwidth, RAM, etc.) are described on the relevant product page and form part of your order.

2. Account registration & billing

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your client portal (WHMCS) account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Invoices are generated and payments processed through our client portal; renewal reminders are sent by email ahead of each due date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing pages or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in any activity that disrupts our network or other customers.
• Attempt unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
• Exceed fair-use resource limits in a way that materially affects the performance of shared infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.

4. Uptime & support

We aim for high availability across our hosting infrastructure and provide support via WhatsApp, live chat, phone and our ticketing system. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Backups

Where stated on a plan, we take periodic backups as a courtesy. You remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your website, email and databases; we are not liable for data loss.

6. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry (e.g. .IN Registry, ICANN for .COM). Domain ownership, renewal and transfer requests must be made by the registrant on record.

7. Payments & renewals

All fees are due in advance for the billing cycle selected at checkout. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension and, after a grace period, data removal. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

8. Intellectual property

The buzzing365 name, logo and website content are the property of AJR Tech Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd. You retain all rights to the content you upload to your hosting account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buzzing365 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity.

10. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time from the client portal. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
