Find your Zoho Mail settings
If you're on a Zoho Email Hosting plan, your IMAP/SMTP details are: incoming imap.zoho.in (port 993, SSL) and outgoing smtp.zoho.in (port 465, SSL).
Connecting Outlook

Add a new account
File → Add Account → Advanced setup → IMAP.

Enter your Zoho address and password
Use your full you@yourdomain.com address.

Enter the server details above
Double-check SSL is enabled on both incoming and outgoing.

Send a test email
Confirm both directions work before relying on it day-to-day.
Mobile apps
Use the official Zoho Mail app for the best experience (push notifications, calendar sync), or add it as a standard IMAP account in your phone's built-in mail app using the same settings above.
