Access webmail
Every buzzing365 hosting package includes free email hosting. Visit yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with the mailbox address and password you created in cPanel → Email Accounts.
Connect Outlook (or Apple Mail)

Find your mail settings
In cPanel → Email Accounts, click "Connect Devices" next to your mailbox to see the exact server settings.

Add the account in Outlook
Go to File → Add Account and choose manual/advanced setup, then IMAP.

Enter incoming & outgoing servers
Typically mail.yourdomain.com for both, port 993 (IMAP, SSL) and port 465 (SMTP, SSL).

Save and send a test email
Confirm both sending and receiving work before relying on the account.
Connect your phone (Android/iOS)
Add a new "Other" or "IMAP" account in your phone's Mail app, using the same incoming/outgoing server details from cPanel's "Connect Devices" page.
