How it works

Message us on WhatsApp or open a ticket in the client portal with your current host's login details or a backup file.

We take a backup of your current site
Our team copies files, databases and email over to your new buzzing365 account.

We test everything on a temporary URL
Before touching your live domain, we verify the site loads correctly on our servers.

You update your nameservers
Once you confirm everything looks right, follow our nameservers guide to go live.
Minimising downtime
Because we test on a temporary URL before switching your domain over, most migrations have zero downtime. Email can have a short overlap window during DNS propagation — we'll advise you on timing.
